If you submit the contact form or email Eisen Labs, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, area of interest, and message. Because Runway and Nordiq relate to finance and health goals, please avoid sending sensitive account, medical, insurance, or identity information through the general contact form.
We use contact information to respond to inquiries, understand product interest, improve early product direction, and keep a basic record of conversations. We do not sell personal information.
The site is hosted on Vercel. If the contact endpoint is configured, submissions may be processed through an email delivery provider such as Resend. Those providers process data so the site and contact workflow can operate.
We keep inquiry information only as long as it remains useful for responding, product planning, or basic business records. You can ask to update or delete your inquiry by emailing hello@eisenlabs.io.
This policy may change as Eisen Labs products move from early development into broader release. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
